Bu Site Hangi Verileri İşler?
Bu site bir tanıtım sitesidir. İletişim formu, üyelik, sipariş veya ödeme özelliği bulunmaz ve sizden ad, e-posta, telefon gibi kişisel veriler doğrudan talep edilmez.
Bununla birlikte, sitenin teknik olarak çalışması sırasında aşağıdaki hususlar gündeme gelir:
- Yerel depolama (localStorage): Yalnızca dil tercihiniz ("valeron_lang") tarayıcınızda saklanır. Bu bilgi sunucularımıza gönderilmez, kimliğinizi tanımlamak için kullanılmaz ve tarayıcınızdan silebilirsiniz.
- Üçüncü taraf kaynakları: Sayfa; yazı tipi ve görsel/animasyon kütüphanelerini üçüncü taraf içerik dağıtım ağlarından (Google Fonts, jsDelivr, unpkg, cdnjs) yükler. Bu kaynaklar yüklenirken, teknik zorunluluk gereği IP adresiniz ve temel tarayıcı bilgileriniz ilgili üçüncü taraf sunucuları tarafından görülebilir. Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında (ör. ABD) bulunabilir; dolayısıyla bu, KVKK anlamında bir yurt dışına aktarım oluşturabilir.
İşleme Amacı ve Hukuki Sebep
Yukarıdaki teknik veri akışları; sitenin görüntülenmesini ve düzgün çalışmasını sağlamak amacıyla, KVKK m.5/2 uyarınca sözleşmenin/hizmetin ifası ve meşru menfaat hukuki sebeplerine dayanır.
Çerezler
Bu site kendi pazarlama veya takip çerezlerini kullanmaz. Yalnızca işlevsel amaçlı localStorage kullanılır. Yüklenen üçüncü taraf kaynakları kendi çerez veya benzeri teknolojilerini kullanabilir; bunlar ilgili sağlayıcının gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)

What Data Does This Site Process?
This is a promotional website. There is no contact form, membership, order or payment feature, and no personal data such as name, e-mail or phone number is requested directly from you.
Nevertheless, the technical operation of the site involves the following:
- Local storage: Only your language preference ("valeron_lang") is stored in your browser. This is not sent to our servers, is not used to identify you, and can be cleared from your browser.
- Third-party resources: The page loads fonts and visual/animation libraries from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts, jsDelivr, unpkg, cdnjs). When these load, your IP address and basic browser information may — as a technical necessity — be visible to those third-party servers. These providers' servers may be located abroad (e.g. the USA), which may constitute a cross-border transfer under KVKK.
Purpose and Legal Basis
The above technical data flows serve to display and correctly operate the site, based on performance of the service and legitimate interest under KVKK art. 5/2.

This site does not use its own marketing or tracking cookies. Only functional local storage is used. Loaded third-party resources may use their own cookies or similar technologies, which are subject to those providers' privacy policies.
Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction or deletion, and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
